Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer a two-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. Upon receiving the returned items, we will process the refund after a thorough check. Please note that any shipping charges paid during the order are non-refundable.

Missing Items in Return Orders

If there are any missing items in your return order, we may deduct the amount equivalent to the MRP of the missing product from your refund. This includes promotional products and free gifts.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned product at our warehouse, we will initiate your refund process.

Replacement & Exchange

You can also request a replacement or exchange, following the same conditions as returns. The new item will be shipped after we receive the initial return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you can either use our website or email us at with your order details. Please ensure you are available for the reverse pick-up and respond to the delivery partner's calls. If you miss the pick-up, the process will need to be re-initiated, extending the timeline.

Special Cases

If you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, contact our support team within 48 hours. We require a 360-degree unpacking video to process your request. Claims may be denied if there is insufficient evidence or signs of tampering.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges if:

  • The product was damaged in transit.
  • You received a different product.
  • The package was lost in transit.

Non-Exchangeable Cases

We cannot offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery addresses.
  • Failed delivery attempts.
  • Recipient refusal.
  • Sizing issues (please review our size guides carefully).
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Minor color and design variations due to handmade nature and natural stones.
  • Non-faulty or undamaged jewellery.
