Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer a seven-day return policy for all unused and unworn items. Upon receiving the returned items, we will process the exchange after a thorough check. Please note that any shipping charges paid during the order are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

NO MONEY REFUNDS. For special cases, TEAM SILVERSHEEN will take the final decision.

Missing Items in Return Orders

If there are any missing items in your return order, we may deduct the amount equivalent to the MRP of the missing product from your refund. This includes promotional products and free gifts.

Replacement & Exchange

You can request a replacement or exchange, following the same conditions as returns. The new item will be shipped after we receive the initial return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you can either use our WhatsApp Number (+91-7014113010) or email us at support@silversheen925.com with your order details. Please ensure you are available for the reverse pick-up and respond to the delivery partner's calls. If you miss the pick-up, the process will need to be re-initiated, extending the timeline.

  • Once your request to return is confirmed, our courier partners will pick up the item within 4-5 business days. You are requested to record a video of you handing the product(s) to the delivery personnel and share it with us.

Special Cases

If you receive an empty box, or missing/damaged products in your order, you can raise a concern on our WhatsApp Number (+91-7014113010) within 48 hours of receiving the order, and our team will investigate the matter. Please understand that it is important to provide a 360-degree unboxing video. It should be noted that a lack of adequate evidence or obvious indications of tampering may lead to your claim not being acknowledged.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges if:

  • The product was damaged in transit.
  • You received a different product.
  • The package was lost in transit.

Non-Exchangeable Cases

We cannot offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery addresses.
  • Failed delivery attempts.
  • Recipient refusal.
  • Sizing issues (please review our size guides carefully).
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Minor color and design variations due to the handmade nature and natural stones.
  • Non-faulty or undamaged jewelry.
