Return Policy

At SILVERSHEEN, we strive to provide you with premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you face any issues, please read our policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

 

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy under the following strict conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Exchange is only applicable if:
    • You received a wrong product, or
    • The item was damaged in transit (with valid proof – see below).

If these conditions are not met, no exchange will be processed.

If the item is not faulty and the exchange is due to the customer's change of mind or error, the customer must bear the full shipping charges for both pickup and re-shipment.

 

Return Policy

We do not offer money refunds under any circumstance.

Returns are accepted only to provide you with an exchange or store credit, and only if:

  • The product is returned unworn, unused, and undamaged.
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The return is approved by our team after inspection.

You may use your return credit at a later time to select another item of your choice. There is no expiry on the credit, but it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Important Note on Shipping Charges

  • In cases where SILVERSHEEN is not at fault (e.g., incorrect item ordered, sizing issues, change of mind), the customer must bear all shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
  • We will not reimburse any shipping charges paid during the original order.

 

Proof for Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your item is damaged or something is missing, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91-7014113010.

To validate your claim, you are required to provide a 360-degree unboxing video clearly showing the unopened package and the issue at hand.
Without this proof, no exchange or support will be offered.

 

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+91-7014113010) or email (support@silversheen925.com) with your order details and request.
  2. If approved, a return pickup will be arranged within 4–5 business days.
  3. You must be available for pickup and respond to the delivery partner’s calls. If the pickup fails, the process will need to be restarted.
  4. Please record a video while handing over the parcel to the pickup agent and share it with us.

 

Non-Exchangeable Situations

We will not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
  • Requests made after the 7-day period.
  • Sizing issues (refer to our size guide before purchasing).
  • Incorrect delivery details, recipient refusal, or failed delivery attempts.
  • Minor colour/design variations due to photography or natural stones used.
  • Requests without proper unboxing or handover video.

 

SILVERSHEEN reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our conditions. All decisions by our team will be final and binding.
